Pimms is a drink that I normally only drink around Christmas time, but this year we have been enjoying it throughout the summer months. If you are usually a person that only cracks out the Pimms in the winter months too, why not try a summery cocktail, go on, be impulsive and try something new.

As for when the evenings are darker and the cold creeps in, I enjoy Pimms with cinnamon.
